MCG Recruitment Consultants are delighted to be supporting a fantastic, family-run hospitality business in the search for an experienced Deputy Manager to join their management team.
This is more than just a management position.
You'll be a valued and trusted part of the leadership team , helping to shape the day-to-day operation, develop the team and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.
The Role We're looking for a confident, positive and hands-on hospitality professional with an outgoing personality and a genuine passion for people, food and drink .
You'll work closely with the senior management team, taking responsibility for the smooth running of the operation and supporting a large team through busy services.
You'll need to be someone who naturally leads from the front – happy to muck in, support your team and do whatever it takes to deliver a great service.
Hours: Approximately 45 hours per week
Start times: Must be comfortable with 7:00am starts
Previous management experience within a busy pub, restaurant or food-led hospitality environment is essential .
Experience of cellar management would be advantageous.
