Your responsibilities as Quality Manager:

  • Lead continuous improvement activities using data-driven methodologies
  • Manage non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Maintain and develop the Quality Management System to support business objectives
  • Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance requirements are met
  • Work collaboratively across departments to improve process capability and product standards
  • Drive standardisation, performance measurement and best practice throughout the site

What we're looking for in a Quality Manager:

  • Previous experience within a senior quality leadership position in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of structured problem-solving techniques including 8D and 5 Whys
  • Experience using quality tools such as FMEA and control plans
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, audits and compliance processes
  • Experience delivering continuous improvement initiatives within a production environment

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Friday: 8:30am - 1:30pm
