Your responsibilities as Quality Manager:
- Lead continuous improvement activities using data-driven methodologies
- Manage non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Maintain and develop the Quality Management System to support business objectives
- Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Work collaboratively across departments to improve process capability and product standards
- Drive standardisation, performance measurement and best practice throughout the site
What we're looking for in a Quality Manager:
- Previous experience within a senior quality leadership position in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of structured problem-solving techniques including 8D and 5 Whys
- Experience using quality tools such as FMEA and control plans
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, audits and compliance processes
- Experience delivering continuous improvement initiatives within a production environment
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am - 1:30pm
