Due to continued growth and widening of our product portfolio into the agricultural market, we are looking for an additional Insurance Broker to join the team.
The Opportunity
Working at Premier Insurance as an Insurance Broker, you will be required to maximise sales performance by way of converting enquiries into live policies, and you will maximise customer retention and all revenue opportunities whilst providing effective customer service by handling calls, providing quotations, closing sales, and facilitating customer enquiries; both on the phone and those who customers that call into the office.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Previous insurance sales experience, ideally within the Personal Lines or Agricultural marketplace. Commercial / B2B experience would also be considered.
- Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Knowledge of insurance products and principles of FCA compliance.
- Proven track record of sales success within a customer service focused environment.
- Ability to multi-task and handle large caseloads.
- I.T. skills including use of an insurance IT system, ideally SSP or Acturis.
- Strong organisation skills.
- The ability to work to a high level of accuracy.
- Exemplary customer service skills with the ability to build solid relationships with clients and insurers.
- Willingness to work towards Cert CII or already hold qualifications.
