We're recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in the Severalls area of Colchester. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity with an immediate start, offering consistent hours and the chance to join a busy production team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure efficient manufacturing
- Carrying out quality inspections and basic product testing
- Packing finished products to company standards
- Supplying production lines with raw materials and components
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Working to production targets while maintaining high quality standards
