As an Electrical Qualified Supervisor, you'll be joining an established electrical contractor delivering high-quality commercial, residential and renewable energy installations across the South East. Having built an excellent reputation through the quality of their workmanship and customer service, they continue to grow year on year whilst maintaining a close-knit, supportive culture. With ambitious plans to expand their renewable energy division, achieve further industry accreditations and continue developing their technical team, this is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Qualified Supervisor who wants to make a genuine impact within a business where their knowledge and experience will be recognised.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the company's Qualified Supervisor, ensuring all electrical work complies with current regulations, certification standards and MCS requirements.
- Signing off electrical installations whilst overseeing testing, inspection, certification and technical compliance across commercial and residential projects.
- Providing technical support, mentoring electricians and driving quality standards throughout the business.
- Developing compliance procedures, improving operational processes and supporting the company's continued growth.
The successful Electrical Qualified Supervisor should have:
- Previous experience as an Electrical Qualified Supervisor, Electrical Compliance Manager or similar position.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, 18th Edition and 2391 Inspection & Testing.
- Strong knowledge of electrical compliance, testing, inspection, certification and current wiring regulations.
- Solar PV experience is advantageous but not essential.
