Cahill Renewables - Experts in installing Solar Panels, Inverters, Batteries and Air Source Heat Pumps of an exceptional quality and high workmanship standard.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Contracts Manager to join us to run a number of new contracts we have acquired through SHDF funding. The main purpose of this role is to manage the projects from start to finish while developing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients and acting as the main point of contact.
The type of work to be carried out will include:
- Manage multiple projects ensuring smooth handover to clients within agreed deadlines
- Prepare solar design proposals ready for client approval
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate job information to support seamless team delivery
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and surveyors
- Resolve site and design issues in an efficient and timely manner
- Conduct site visits as required to monitor progress, quality, and safety
- Control project programmes, budgets, and cash flow
- Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
- Attend client meetings when required
- Ensure all Health & Safety standards and company procedures are fully adhered to
- Prepare and review RAMS for clients
- Provide technical support to the team for existing customers and clients

Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Must have previous experience in Electrical/Solar industry
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (preferred but not essential)
- Full Clean Driving License
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with work under SHDF or ECO schemes is an advantage
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Friendly and professional approach to dealing with customers/clients
