We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable HGV Class 2 Drivers to support a range of well-established clients. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent, ongoing work with competitive rates, varied assignments, and the chance to work with leading logistics and distribution businesses.

Pay Rates: £14.50 - £20.50ph (Depending on start time)

The Role: As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be working across a variety of contracts including general haulage, palletised goods, retail distribution, and multi-drop deliveries. This role offers a mix of driving environments, providing variety and valuable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out safe and efficient deliveries and collections
  • Completing multi-drop runs or trunking work depending on assignment
  • Loading and unloading vehicles where required (may involve manual handling)
  • Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
  • Ensuring accurate completion of delivery paperwork and using handheld devices where applicable
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service and professionalism at all delivery points
  • Adhering to all road transport laws, EU driving hours, and WTD regulations
  • Following site-specific health & safety procedures at all client locations
