A very well thought of High End residential main contractor is looking to add an experienced Estimator to their growing team. The Estimator will be joining a supportive culture with an established business. This is an incredible opportunity for either someone who wants to build their skill set and learn hands on with a Director of a successful main contractor or someone who feels they can add value and help push a business that is already winning to new heights.
The Estimator will join a company who have an impressive run of work ahead of them and also a healthy number of enquiries - all prime refurbishments and one off bespoke new builds within London, Surrey and the South East. Their current projects are a combination of ultra modern bespoke one off new builds or residential refurbishments in London. The company has a 15+ strong team and turnover £12 Million+. They are a smaller incredible dynamic team with the ability to be agile. Solid financials and proper job security. They are well established, deliver projects from £1 - £8 million, have great relationships within their supply chain and deliver a fantastic end product.
The successful Estimator will be working closely with the director. You'll eventually become the core estimating function of the business and build your team as the company grows. Ideally, you'll have a background in High End / Prime Residential markets - if not, a background/experience of the residential market or commercial fit out market is essential.
Requirements:
- Prime / High end residential experience
- A solid track record of accuracy + work winning ability
- Excellent organisational & team management skills
- Good IT skills
