Your Role
As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting people to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
Preparing meals, snacks, and drinks
Supporting clients with medication routines
Providing companionship and emotional support
Helping with light housekeeping duties
Following individual care plans and care needs
Promoting dignity, independence, choice, and wellbeing at all times
