You'll also oversee IT alongside finance, making this a varied role with real influence.

Importantly, this position has a clear succession plan, with the opportunity to progress into a Finance Director role within the next 12 months.

Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to help drive future growth.

What are we looking for?

You'll already be operating as a Financial Controller, or in a similar senior finance position, and enjoy being involved in the day-to-day running of a business rather than sitting on the sidelines.

Whether you're a fully qualified accountant or qualified by experience (QBE), we're far more interested in what you've done than the letters after your name.

For this business, it's all about finding someone with the right experience, commercial mindset and personality to fit the team.

A commercial approach and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.

Strong management accounting, budgeting and financial reporting experience.

Knowledge of VAT and financial compliance.

Experience of FX transactions (desirable but not essential).

A proactive, sleeves-rolled-up attitude with a genuine desire to improve processes and support the wider business.

You'll be joining a close-knit team who enjoy working together, support one another and are all invested in the success of the business.
