Manpower is recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers on behalf of a leading global logistics company based in Eggborough, Goole (DN14) . This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business offering competitive pay, regular Monday to Friday work, and the potential to secure a permanent position.

The Role
As a Class 1 Driver, you'll be delivering insulation products to building merchants and, on occasion, construction sites across the UK.
Your responsibilities will include:
Completing Class 1 deliveries safely and efficiently
Averaging two deliveries per shift
Operating a curtain-sided trailer
Opening and securing the trailer curtains to allow customers to unload using a forklift
Carrying out vehicle safety checks before and after each shift
Completing and returning all delivery paperwork accurately
Undertaking occasional backhaul collections
Driving a modern Renault or Volvo fleet vehicle
Providing excellent customer service at every delivery point
Following all road transport legislation and health & safety procedures
What We're Looking For
To be considered, you'll need:
A valid Class 1 (C+E) Driving Licence
Driver CPC qualification
Digital Tachograph Card
Previous Class 1 driving experience
Multi-drop delivery experience
Good knowledge of the UK road network
No more than 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, IN or CD endorsements)
A professional attitude with a strong commitment to safety and customer service
