The firm is looking to speak with experienced residential property professionals at a range of levels, from qualified Conveyancers and Solicitors through to Associate and Partner level. This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm where there is genuine scope to develop your career, build relationships within the local market and, for more senior candidates, play a key role in growing and shaping the wider residential property offering.

- Advise on more complex and bespoke residential transactions
- Work alongside colleagues across the wider property team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
- Develop new business opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of the department
- Build your profile within the local professional and business community
- Attend networking events and regional functions where appropriate
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm
For candidates operating at Partner level, there will also be the opportunity to help develop and mentor a team, drive business development and play a significant role in shaping the future direction of the residential property practice.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team
- Strong client care and relationship-building skills
- An interest in business development and building professional networks
- Good IT skills, including experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office
Importantly, the firm is more interested in the individual than simply the level of PQE. Whether you are looking to take the next step in your career or are an established senior lawyer looking for the opportunity to build something, there is scope to tailor the position around the right person.
