We specialise in connecting ambitious ACA, ACCA, and CTA-qualified accounting and tax professionals with outstanding career opportunities, providing expert guidance and support to help shape their long-term careers.

We are looking for a confident, self-motivated, and resilient individual to join our team as a head-hunter.

This role will have the following responsibilities: Contacting the UKs most talented candidates within the Accountancy and Finance industry via outbound calls, email, text and social media platforms.

Building a multi-skilled talent pool of candidates allowing you to be a step ahead for future recruitment plans that our International and National clients may have.

Working in partnership with an experienced team of professional head-hunters and consultants.

Speaking to candidates and advising them on market leading roles.

Researching clients and job roles for specialist candidates.

Headhunting for the most prestigious International and National firms in our industry.
