A well-established, family-run business with a loyal team, low staff turnover, and a reputation for quality is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day warehouse and goods-in operation and bring fresh ideas to improve processes, technology, and efficiency.

The Role
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will lead a small warehouse team of three direct reports, ensuring stock is managed efficiently and deliveries are processed accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day warehouse and goods-in operation
- Leading, motivating, and developing a small established team
- Ensuring all deliveries are checked, recorded, and processed accurately
- Maintaining stock control, storage, and stock rotation procedures
- Supporting stock takes and inventory management
- Managing supplier returns and stock movements
- Overseeing customer delivery processes
- Maintaining warehouse, yard, and storage areas to a high standard
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across the department
- Assisting with recruitment, training, rotas, holiday requests, and payroll administration
- Acting as a key holder and Duty Manager when required
- Working closely with the wider retail management team during busy seasonal periods
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse, goods-in, or logistics experience
- Experience supervising or leading a warehouse team
- Strong stock control and inventory management experience
- Good IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach
- Understanding of Health & Safety requirements
- Forklift licence desirable but not essential
- Available to work alternate weekends
