The focus is primarily ecommerce trading and growth, with a smaller portion covering operations and admin.

Key responsibilities:
  • Ecommerce and growth
    • Manage and optimise the Shopify store and overall performance
    • Drive revenue through trading decisions and performance analysis
    • Identify growth opportunities across marketing, partnerships and retail
    • Contribute to the long-term direction of the brand
  • General management
    • Support team development and day-to-day coordination

You will likely come from a DTC ecommerce brand, ideally within sports, fitness, apparel or lifestyle. You are used to working in small teams and taking ownership. You are hands-on, commercially aware and proactive, comfortable balancing execution with decision making. You can spot opportunities and act on them, and you are motivated by building and growing a brand. This role will not suit someone from a large corporate environment. It is better suited to someone adaptable, entrepreneurial and comfortable working closely with a founder.

Requirements:
  • Strong Shopify experience
  • Experience with ecommerce systems and tools
  • Background in DTC ecommerce
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • A Level or equivalent
  • General Management Skills
  • Office Based in Chorley/ Commutable
