Our exclusive client based in Chorley are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their accounts team.

Duties include: Reconcile invoices and pass for payment Check and maintain weekly timesheets before sending to the payroll for payment Analyse and report any price differences to relevant department Balance, input and reconcile sales into accounting system Reconcile daily banking for sites reporting any discrepancies Calculate accruals and prepayments Reconcile balance sheet control accounts Manage, review and report on weekly stock orders highlighting any anomalies Supporting the wider accounts team in times of absence The successful candidate will have accounting experience and have a naturally analytical mind.

You need to be a confident Excel user who is numerate and articulate with good communication skills.

In return you will receive a competitive salary, good holidays and pension and free onsite parking.
