Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:30

About the role

We are currently looking for a Senior Team Leader to join our Chislehurst team to ensure that high standards are met on our local contracts. Working closely with the Contract Supervisor, you will both lead and work alongside your small team keeping several grounds across Chislehurst and the surrounding areas in wonderful condition for our clients; through grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying and other horticultural duties as required. It's a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.

Requirements

  • Great working knowledge of horticulture and grounds maintenance, including grass cutting (ride on and push mowers, strimmers), hedge cutting, planting, pesticide spraying and weeding.
  • Experience working as a team leader within grounds maintenance or similar industries is beneficial.
  • Pesticide spraying qualifications (PA1/PA2/PA6) highly advantageous.
  • Good IT skills (experience with Microsoft Office and basic software).
  • A strong health and safety mindset and adept at problem solving.
  • Full UK Driving licence is essential.
