Were looking for a driven Technical Project Manager to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking engineering environment where innovation moves from concept through to full-scale production. This is a hands-on role where youll take ownership of technically complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing customer relationships, and ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to specification. Youll play a pivotal role in bridging engineering excellence with commercial success, helping bring cutting-edge products to life while contributing to continuous business growth.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Lead projects from concept through to production, ensuring successful delivery
  • Drive collaboration across Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams
  • Manage multiple projects at different stages in a dynamic environment
  • Take ownership of project plans, risks, and budgets, ensuring proactive resolution
  • Lead structured New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
  • Control costs, Bill of Materials (BOM), and processes throughout projects
  • Support new business opportunities, bids, and proposals
  • Prepare quotations, business cases, and customer-facing documentation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and business capability growth
  • Provide clear, concise progress updates to senior stakeholders

  • 3-5 years experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in project management, delivering complex projects
  • Track record of delivering projects across the full product lifecycle (from design, test and development to final delivery)
  • Background in engineering, materials, or a related discipline
