SVQ Level 3 in Social Services – Children & Young People (or equivalent) is preferred, but not essential if you\’re passionate about working in childcare Proven ability to deliver consistent high levels of customer service A willingness to learn and to continually challenge yourself Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to prepare information for internal and external requirements and decision making Strong IT skills, particularly MS Office, with good attention to detail Highly organised and someone who can work independently, and equally encourage others to do so Ability to work well in a team and show willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily What will your role look like?
