A global organisation is looking for an Implementation Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role has the potential to become permanent and offers a mix of project coordination, customer engagement and UK travel.

You'll help deliver customer projects from planning through to launch, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating customer implementation projects
  • Planning and tracking project activities and deadlines
  • Liaising with customers and internal teams
  • Supporting site visits and project rollouts across the UK
  • Preparing project documentation and reports
  • Assisting with customer training and handovers
  • Managing project updates and resolving issues

The Package

  • £37,000 - £39,000 salary
  • Car allowance
  • Hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the office)

Location: Chesterfield

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm

Travel: UK travel required with occasional overnight stays. Full UK driving licence essential.
