TheRole
Youwilltakecommercialownershipofkey,high-profileprojectsfromprocurementthroughtocompletion,workingcloselywithdeliveryteamsandclients.Thisrolefeaturesheavyfocusondirectclientinteractionandcommercialnegotiation.
Daytodayyouwill:
Manage contractualrisks,variations,andchangemanagementprocessesacrossbothgeo(60%)andstructures(40%)projects.
Maximise monthlyvaluationsandensuretimelysubmission,assessment,andapprovalprocesses.
Lead regularmeetingsandmaintainstrong,assertive,andconfidentrelationshipswithclientsanddeliveryteams.
Review ,negotiate,andagreecontractualtermsforupcomingtendersandhigh-riskprojects.
Protect thecompany'scontractualpositionsandrobustlymanagevariationsandfinalaccounts.
Handle asmallamountofsubcontractprocurementwithminimalreportingrequirements(CDRreports)comparedtoTier1contractors.
