The Role The role sits within the contractor side division delivering commercial support on government refurbishment and building fabric schemes across the region. The position is based in Chesterfield with regular site visits.
Working within a large and experienced commercial team, the Quantity Surveyor will support contractor clients on live projects. Responsibilities include cost management, valuations, variations, reporting, procurement support and general commercial duties. The role offers a varied workload, hybrid working and strong long term progression.
Security clearance may be required for some projects and will be arranged during onboarding.
