The rate of pay is £14.88 per hour.
Overtime is available and is paid at £22.32 per hour.
This is a full-time role working fixed night shifts, 4 on 4 off. The hours of work are: - 6pm to 6am
Your Time at Work
As a PI Checker / Counter, you will contribute to the success of the site by carrying out stock counting and verification activities in accordance with site policy documents and operational procedures.
You will play a vital role in maintaining stock integrity within the warehouse by ensuring counts are completed accurately, stock issues are identified, and location standards are maintained.
Key Duties
- Carry out Simple Bin Counts (SBC) and Cycle Counts (CC) in line with site procedures.
- Use Cycle Count processes for recount activity where required.
- Confirm location labels and stock condition during counts.
- Report missing stock, mixed products, damaged items, or labelling issues.
- Enter count results accurately and avoid incomplete or duplicate entries.
- Escalate repeat variances, access issues, or unsafe conditions to the relevant supervisor.
- Perform Bin Audits during periods where SBC or CC counting is not required.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail during all count activities.
- Support stock integrity by identifying and reporting irregularities found during the counting process.
- Work closely with the ICQA team and operational staff to ensure stock issues are highlighted and resolved promptly.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in stock counting or warehouse operations is desirable.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- Able to manage own time to achieve daily targets efficiently and effectively.
- Team player who can also work on own initiative.
- Good communication skills.
