We are growing fast, and I am looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join my team within one of our key tech divisions.
90 percent of Searchability's leaders and top billers started with us as a Trainee. I am looking for someone ready to throw themselves into our processes, frameworks and systems and learn how to become a top recruiter in their market. This is a fast paced role.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Learning our key technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Mercury, Broadbean, Indeed and Lusha.
- Working alongside senior team members to source candidates for live vacancies.
- Building commercial awareness of your market and generating new business through client outreach, on the phone and digitally.
- Handling the detail, prepping CVs, submitting candidates, and sending placement confirmations in line with our compliance checks.
- Building your professional network and marketing yourself across social media.
- Developing toward becoming a full 360 recruitment consultant.
What You Will Need:
- Maths and English GCSE at grade 4 and above, or C and above.
- The drive to thrive in a fast paced, KPI driven environment.
- Excellent communication and time management.
- A strong work ethic and real ambition, for yourself and your team.
- The ability to commute to and work daily from our Chester HQ, this is a full time office based role.
