Bauhaus Recruitment is looking for experienced Security Systems Engineers for a potential project in Chester. We are keen to hear from engineers with experience installing IP CCTV and door access systems, ideally including Hikvision equipment. We would also welcome applications from general site engineers who can support experienced security installers.
Responsibilities
- Installing and wiring IP CCTV systems
- Installing CCTV cameras and associated equipment
- Installing door access and access control systems
- Running and terminating Cat5e and Cat6 cabling
- Mounting cameras, readers and control equipment
- Installing trunking, tray, basket and other containment
- Testing, labelling and fault-finding
- Assisting with general installation duties
- Working safely at height where required
Requirements
- Previous IP CCTV or access control installation experience
- Knowledge of Hikvision systems would be beneficial
- Valid CSCS or ECS card
- IPAF would be highly desirable
- Own tools and PPE
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
- Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a site team
