Primary Role & ObjectivesAs a dedicated Key Stage 2 teacher, you will take full class responsibility to ensure every pupil reaches their target potential:
- Curriculum Delivery: Design and execute broad, high-impact schemes of work that stretch critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Assessment & Target Setting: Monitor pupil data, track progress, and implement timely interventions to bridge learning gaps.
- Classroom Leadership: Maintain a structured, positive learning climate within a high-achieving Chester primary setting.
- Collaborative Support: Work hand-in-hand with subject leads, SENCOs, and support staff to cater to diverse pupil profiles.
- Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent, recognised teaching qualification.
- Demonstrable track record as an effective Key Stage 2 teacher across Lower or Upper KS2.
- High standards for learning outcomes and a commitment to continuous education and training.
- Holds an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to process one via Academics).
