Your new company I am working with a long standing and well established financial planning firm in Chester City Centre to recruit a professional IFA administrator to support with their front of house operation and administration duties to cover a gap in the team!
Your new role Working in a small firm, you will be the first point of contact for clients utilising the firm's services.
You will provide an exceptional front of house service both in person and via the phone.
Supporting a team of financial advisers and paraplanners, you will be supporting with administration for investments and other financial processes.
You will be responsible for supporting with the preparation of client packs/bundles, managing client correspondence, as well as basic administration such as photocopying, scanning and email management.
You will be providing the initial hospitality for clients coming into the business.
What you'll need to succeed Prior experience in a professional services environment is essential for this post in order to hit the ground running.
You will be professionally presented, and be prepared to use your welcoming demeanour on a day to day basis!
Your administration skills will be utilised daily, and you will be comfortable navigating various systems with experience in Wrap Platforms being an advantage!
Used to working with discretion, and using your initiative, you will adapt to this busy environment with ease!
This is a full time role Monday - Friday, working 9am - 5pm working fully on site in Chester City Centre, so the ability to work in office full time is essential.
Please note, parking is limited in this location.
What you'll get in return You will have an ongoing temporary role until October 2026, working full time hours Monday to Friday!
You will have an hourly rate of £13.38ph + a holiday roll up!
You will work in an excellent city centre location!
