Business Development Manager - Krono Build Chirk, Wrexham - Employees can work remotely Full-Time, Permanent Do you love the thrill of opening a new account and turning a cold introduction into a long-term customer Kronospan is looking for a driven, relationship-building Business Development Manager to grow our Krono Design portfolio across distribution, manufacturing and merchant customers.
Kronospan is one of the world's largest manufacturers of wood-based panels and decorative surfaces.
Our melamine faced boards, HPL, compact and lacquered panels are used every day in furniture, interiors and construction projects around the globe.

Job Description This is a new business role first and foremost.
You'll spend your time: Opening new accounts across distribution, manufacturing and merchant businesses.
Building and driving a pipeline of qualified new business opportunities.
Winning new supply agreements and specification opportunities for our decorative and melamine faced ranges.
Building senior relationships with buyers and decision-makers.
Representing Krono Design at industry events and exhibitions.
Keeping a finger on the pulse of the decorative panels market and feeding insight back into the business.
Qualifications: A proven new business hunter with a track record of opening accounts and hitting growth targets.
Experience selling into distribution, manufacturing and/or merchant channels.
Background in panel products, decorative surfaces, timber, building materials or a related trade sector (melamine / panel experience is a big plus).
Confident negotiator, comfortable at Senior Buyer level.
Self-starter who is organised, resilient and energised by the chase of new business.
Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel.
