DRIVEN FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE REQUIRED TO SECURE CONTRACTS IN THE WASTE MANAGEMENT & RECYCLING SECTOR
SALARY: £35,000 Basic + Commission, Car or Car Allowance (£4.8k), Pension
Typical OTE: £50k
LOCATION: Caldicot, Cheltenham, Dursley and surrounding areas
THE ROLE:
- Identify and win new business opportunities within retail, manufacturing, production, and industrial sectors
- Generate your own leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and cold calling
- Sell waste management and recycling contracts tailored to client needs
- Build and manage your own diary
- Develop long-term client relationships to maximise account value
YOU WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:
- Waste Management / Recycling (Not essential and training will be offered)
- Facilities Management (FM) or Total Facilities Services
- Environmental or Industrial Service Sales
- Business-to-Business (B2B) solution selling
YOU WILL HAVE A BACKGROUND AS:
- Sales Executive
- Business Development Executive
- Account Manager
- Commercial Sales Executive
- BDE
- BDM
IDEAL EXPERIENCE:
- Proven track record in winning new business contracts
