Gloucestershire House is a residential service with nursing support in Cheltenham, and home for up to 30 disabled adults. Our service feels like family: relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.
Your working hours
Part-time, 24 hours per week. Working 07:30-19:30 - Alternative weekends. Option to work additional contracted hours as Support worker.

What you'll do
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care
- Organise rotas and ensure the right staffing levels at all times
- Support with training, development, and supervision of staff
- Work alongside customers to achieve their goals and promote independence
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
- Step in to provide hands-on care and administer medication when needed

We provide specialist support across residential care, supported living, and respite services for people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments, and learning disabilities.
