As a Regional Director for England, you will take the lead across a portfolio of services, ensuring they are safe, high-quality, financially sustainable, and truly person-centred.
Your Working Hours
Full Time Monday to Friday, home-based with regular travel, overnight stays, and flexibility to meet operational needs.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Building strong relationships with commissioners, partners, and sector leaders while empowering our Service Managers and Support Managers to deliver excellence every day and ensure quality, compliance, financial performance, and continuous improvement.
- Lead the implementation of Leonard Cheshire's strategic plans across your region.
- Drive high-quality, person-centred social care delivery.
- Provide inspirational leadership, coaching, and mentoring to managers.
- Monitor performance and ensure targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and national frameworks.
- Address performance issues, risks, and serious incidents swiftly and effectively.
- Manage budgets, business plans, and regional P&L performance.
- Oversee the modernisation and integration of new systems and operational models.
