The Principal Business Analyst / Head of Business Change provides leadership for business analysis and change across programmes, portfolios or major service transformations. The role shapes how value is defined, how change is designed and how benefits are sustained in operation, ensuring a clear line of sight from strategic intent to service performance and continual improvement.

- Think: sets the analysis and change strategy, leading definition of outcomes, benefits frameworks, strategic priorities and value propositions

- Do: assures implementation, service transition, readiness, sequencing and organisational adoption across multiple workstreams
