Key Responsibilities- Graduate Teaching Assistant:
- Support pupils in 1:1 and small group settings
- Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and engagement in learning
- Adapt learning materials and activities to meet individual needs
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Support behaviour and learning across the classroom
What We're Looking for in a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
- A graduate with a genuine passion for working with children
- A degree in Psychology, Education, Health & Social Care, or a related subject is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach
- Experience working with children or young people is beneficial but not essential
- A Graduate Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic, resilient, and eager to learn

- Pay: 90- 105 per day (depending on experience)
- Hours: Full-time, 8:30am- 3:30pm
