Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Food Production Operative to join our client based in Bourton-on-the-Water. Our client is a well-established pet food manufacturer, producing high-quality products for customers across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Food Production Operative to join a friendly and hardworking team within a busy manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be involved in various stages of the production process, helping to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Your Role

  • Mixing raw ingredients in line with production specifications
  • Weighing and measuring ingredients accurately
  • Loading ingredients into production machinery
  • Monitoring production processes and reporting any issues
  • Packing and labelling finished products
  • Performing quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
  • Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the production area
  • Following all food safety, health and safety, and company procedures
  • Supporting general production duties as required

Requirements

  • Previous food production or manufacturing experience desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay & Shifts

£12.71 per hour
Monday - Friday
07:00 - 15:30
