Growing Compliance Team
3 days per week
£30,000 - £36,000 DOE
TSR Legal is pleased to be supporting a growing law firm in the appointment of a part-time Compliance Assistant to join its expanding compliance team. This is a varied and rewarding opportunity suited to someone who is highly organised, dependable, and confident working with sensitive information. Previous experience in a similar compliance role within the legal or financial services sector would be advantageous.
Working closely with the Compliance Manager, and together reporting to the firm's COLP, responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the maintenance and updating of firm-wide compliance policies and procedures
- Conducting client due diligence checks and risk assessment reviews, including Thirdfort referrals
- Supporting audits and internal compliance checks, including file reviews
- Co-ordinating compliance training sessions
- Assisting with the monitoring of complaints, claims, and data breach registers
