This is a collaborative role, where you'll build strong relationships with consultants, senior teams and a wide range of healthcare professionals and patients. As an inspiring leader, you'll develop and motivate your team, driving their performance, whilst supporting all the new initiatives of your hospital. What you'll bring with you:
- Registered clinical practitioner with the appropriate governing body (NMC/HCPC)
- Experience in managing a busy theatre environment
- Ideally, your wide-ranging skills will include teaching and assessment, as well as ILS/ALSA professional management qualification would be an advantage
