As part of continued growth our client is seeking motivated Service Engineer to join their nationwide team on a permanent basis.

In this role you will be allocated specific postcode areas within the Southeast.

The Service Engineer is responsible and accountable for ensuring the on-time delivery of all planned and reactive service visits.

You will carry out installation, repair, and preventive maintenance work, in line with company guidelines and to the highest quality standards.

In return for your skills and experience, we offer for the Service Engineer sociable working hours of Monday Friday 9.00am 17.00pm along with: Salary £33,990 Company car, or allowance, with a fuel card. + company credit card Life Assurance Pension salary sacrifice scheme 25 days Holiday + bank holiday + Buy & Sell Holiday Birthday Off Health & Wellbeing Support including GP appointments, physiotherapy, mental health support, life coaching and will writing.

Customer Service knowledge and experience is essential.

Experience of working in a similar role and conducting on-site maintenance is desirable.

You must have proficient use of tablets and Microsoft Outlook.

Some general duties include: Planned and reactive on-site servicing using company checklists in line with company procedures.

Planning and booking of servicing work utilising our service planning system to meet customer expectation and servicing dates.

Utilising customer servicing and facilities management systems to ensure compliance of servicing documentation.

Development of collaborative working relationships with the service engineer team, planning, sales, training, and customer experience teams.

Accurately completing and submitting all service electronic paperwork after each site visit, via tablet.

Attend monthly service meetings via teams and quarterly meetings at Midlands Head Office.

Monthly sock take report provided to Operations.

The role of Service Engineer would be commutable from postcodes within Chelmsford, Romford, Colchester and Cambridge.
