We're recruiting for a Chef Manager to lead the kitchen within a welcoming residential care home in Chelmsford (CM2).

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on chef with strong leadership skills who is passionate about delivering nutritious, high-quality meals while managing the day-to-day running of a busy care home kitchen.

The Role Leading and managing the kitchen team.

Planning and preparing fresh, nutritious meals for residents.

Managing food ordering, stock control and kitchen budgets.

Ensuring high standards of food hygiene, health & safety and compliance.

Creating varied, balanced menus that cater to residents' dietary requirements.

Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen.

What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Chef Manager is essential.

Experience working within a residential care home or healthcare environment is highly desirable.
