Our client, a dynamic hospitality business known for its premium offering in Cheltenham, is looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join their team on a full-time temporary or temp-to-perm basis, driven by ongoing business growth.

The successful Chef de Partie should have:

  • A passion for high quality food and local produce, willing to learn and develop knowledge and skills.
  • A strong understanding of food hygiene regulations, incorporating Assured Safe Catering, Allergen Management, COSHH, HASAW, HACCP.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food preparation, food service, kitchen and bar operations.

In this role, the Chef de Partie will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Head Chef in developing new dishes and menu items.
  • Preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
  • Assisting with food preparation and ensuring dishes are served promptly.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.
  • Collaborating with the wider kitchen teams to produce quality meals.
  • Adhering to food safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Capability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively.
