Hybrid South Manchester (4 days onsite)

SAP Support & Implementation Specialist South Manchester Talent Bank Technology is supporting an organisation within the food & beverage sector to engage an experienced SAP Support & Implementation Specialist on a permanent basis.

This is a hands-on role focused on supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation activities while establishing a centralised SAP support capability across the business.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across finance, production, sales, purchasing, and inventory functions, ensuring a smooth transition from project delivery into business-as-usual support.

Alongside SAP responsibilities, you will collaborate with the wider IT team to maintain stable, efficient, and scalable systems across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities Support SAP S/4HANA implementation activities from planning through to go-live.

Lead and support data migration, validation, and testing activities.

Provide hands-on SAP support and act as the central point of contact for system queries.

Maintain and optimise SAP processes across FI, MM, SD, PP, and Inventory modules.

Deliver user training and knowledge transfer using a train-the-trainer approach.

Required Experience Hands-on experience working with SAP S/4HANA environments.

Experience supporting or contributing to SAP implementation projects.

Strong understanding of finance, production, sales, purchasing, and inventory processes within SAP.

Experience troubleshooting SAP issues and supporting business users in live environments.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
