Academics Rochester are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-supported primary school in Chatham that is looking to appoint an outstanding Unqualified Primary Teacher to join their team from September .
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced unqualified teacher , HLTA or cover teacher who is ready to take the next step in their career.
The role offers long-term stability from day one, with a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position within the school.
The Role You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school by delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 , covering teachers during their PPA time.
This is far more than a cover role-you will become a valued member of the teaching team, delivering engaging lessons, maintaining high expectations in the classroom and ensuring pupils continue to make excellent progress.
The successful candidate must have / be: Has recent experience teaching whole classes within a UK primary school.
Has a good understanding of the KS1 and KS2 National Curriculum.
Can confidently deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups.
Builds positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
Has excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
Is adaptable, organised and committed to providing high-quality learning experiences.
Holds relevant school-based experience (QTS is not essential).
