We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join the business and play an important role in supporting the success of the site. This is a hands-on opportunity that combines team leadership, operational support and delivering an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.
The successful Assistant Store Manager will contribute to building a positive team culture, maintaining high standards and helping create a premium customer journey from day one. What the role involves
- Supporting the daily operation of the store, helping to ensure everything runs efficiently and that both customers and team members have a positive experience throughout the day.
- Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help drive performance, support the team and maintain excellent operational standards while remaining visible and engaged on the shop floor.
