Were partnering with an established global software business making a major investment into Applied AI and Generative AI across its product portfolio.
This is not a Data Science or research position.
Theyre looking for Software Engineers and Senior Software Engineers who are strong product developers first particularly within C#/.
NET and who are excited by the opportunity to build AI directly into real-world software used by businesses internationally .
You do not need years of AI experience .
If youre an accomplished .
NET engineer who has started building genuinely useful applications with LLMs/Gen AI, they want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing Building and evolving commercial applications using C#, .
NET and modern web technologies
Designing and integrating Generative AI/LLM functionality directly into software products
Working with technologies such as Open AI, Azure Open AI, Claude, Gemini or local models
Exploring RAG, AI agents, Semantic Kernel, MCP, vector search and intelligent workflows
Engineering around the realities of production AI: accuracy, security, validation, guardrails, latency and cost
Working across the stack, including modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular or Type Script
Modernising established products while helping shape how AI changes their capabilities
Taking ideas from experimentation through to production-ready customer functionality
What we're looking for Youll ideally bring:
Strong commercial C#/.
NET engineering experience
Modern .
NET / ASP.
NET Core / REST API development
Genuine full-stack capability
React, Angular, Type Script, Java Script or similar
SQL and strong software-engineering fundamentals
Cloud exposure across Azure and/or AWS
Hands-on exposure to LLMs or Generative AI
Crucially, we're interested in engineers who have built with AI , not simply used Copilot or Chat GPT to generate code.
That experience could be commercial, independent or through substantial personal projects what matters is that you can explain what you built, how the model was integrated and the engineering decisions surrounding it.
