BIM Design Coordinator - Fire Alarm / M&E / Building Services

North Surrey (Commutable Daily) | Up to £60,000 Basic

Fire and Security Careers are recruiting for a leading Fire Alarm installation company delivering major commercial and high profile projects across the UK. We're seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator with strong Revit 3D skills and a background in Fire Alarms, Electrical Installations, or Building Services (M&E) environments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected technical team working on large, complex projects where BIM coordination is central to successful delivery.

Role Responsibilities

  • Produce, update, and manage BIM models using Revit and associated BIM tools
  • Coordinate Fire Alarm layouts with M&E, architectural, and construction teams
  • Support clash detection, model reviews, and adherence to BIM standards
  • Attend site meetings and carry out surveys when required
  • Work on large scale, high profile commercial projects

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator
  • Strong Revit 3D modelling skills
  • Background in Fire Alarm, Electrical, or Building Services (M&E) environments
  • Confident working on large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Able to commute daily to North Surrey
