Portfolio Procurement has been engaged by a Global FMCG business to recruit an experienced Procurement Category Manager . The successful applicant will be managing the Marketing & Sales spend for a large region of their business. As a Category Manager, you’ll: Be an Indirect Procurement professional ideally with some Marketing/POS/Sales category experience. Be confident to negotiate strategic contracts Have worked within the FMCG industry Have strong stakeholder manager with good influencing skills Manage the full tender process for multi-million dollar spends/projects Knowledge of e-sourcing systems would be beneficial and a degree/MCIPS (Desirable).
