As a Team Leader at Holcim, your essential responsibilities will include:
- Championing Health, Safety, and Wellbeing: Actively promoting our "Zero Harm" safety culture, carrying out interactive safety tours, and delivering regular health and safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- Leading and Developing People: Directing, training, and encouraging your team members to achieve shared goals while nurturing their individual development through regular job reviews and coaching.
- Delivering Operational Excellence: Communicating the production plan, managing local operational budgets, maintaining high product quality standards, and proactively identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
