Sleep-in Payment: £46 per sleep

The Role As a Support Worker, you will:
Provide person-centred support tailored to the individual's needs
Encourage independence and promote choice and inclusion
Support with daily living tasks, community activities, and social engagement
Build positive, trusting relationships
Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding support
Shift Pattern Full-time hours
9:00am 9:00pm shifts, including a sleep-in

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who has:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in care or support work (desirable but not essential)
A full UK driving licence (essential)
