Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 4:30pm About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and supportive Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to learners, helping them develop confidence, achieve their goals, and progress in their education and future careers.
You will work closely with tutors to create a positive and inclusive learning environment while supporting learners with their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 support to learners during training sessions.
Help learners complete coursework, assignments, and learning activities.
Encourage participation, motivation, and confidence.
Support tutors in delivering engaging learning sessions.
Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
Essential Requirements Experience working with young people or a genuine passion for supporting them.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, patient, and encouraging approach.
Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check and Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration.
