We are working with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor delivering a major £200m+ construction project in Cardiff and are looking to appoint experienced Site Managers for a minimum of 12 months' freelance work , with strong potential to extend beyond this.
We are particularly interested in Site Managers with proven experience in either:
Internal Fit-Out / Finishing – managing significant internal packages on large-scale new-build projects within a main contracting environment.
Steel Frame / Structural Packages – strong experience managing steel-frame construction and associated packages on major new-build schemes.
This is a substantial, high-profile project offering excellent longevity for the right individuals. Due to the scale and complexity of the scheme, applicants must have a strong background working for Tier 1 or established Tier 2 main contractors .
Essential Requirements Proven Site Management experience within Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contracting
Strong large-scale internal fit-out OR steel-frame construction experience
Experience delivering major new-build projects
CSCS Gold, White or Black Card
SMSTS
First Aid
Able to commute reliably to Cardiff
Strong package management, subcontractor coordination and site delivery experience
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced freelance Site Managers looking for genuine long-term security on a major £200m+ scheme , working alongside an established Tier 1 project team.
