Type: Full-time, Permanent Residential & Commercial Property Legal Assistant, Cardiff TSR Legal are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly respected Cardiff law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Property Legal Assistant to support a Director across both residential and commercial property matters.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit, supportive team where you'll work directly alongside an experienced Director, gaining exposure to a varied and interesting caseload while playing a key role in ensuring transactions progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.

The Role You'll provide high-quality administrative and legal support across a broad range of residential and commercial property transactions, becoming an integral part of the department.

Responsibilities will include: Supporting the Director with a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters.

Preparing legal documents, contracts and correspondence.

Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties.

Opening and closing files and ensuring compliance procedures are completed.

Managing diaries, appointments and key transaction deadlines.

Ordering searches, requesting redemption statements and dealing with Land Registry documentation.

Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally.

Assisting with post-completion matters and general file management.

About You The successful candidate will have: Previous experience working within residential property, commercial property, or a mixed property department.

A solid understanding of property transactions and legal processes.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication and client care skills.

A proactive approach and the confidence to work closely with a senior fee earner.

Experience using case management systems would be advantageous.
